Our Technological Advantages

Stages
Technical Production Process
We use CNC milling machines — a true technological breakthrough for working with sheet materials. They improve product quality, reduce processing time, and automate many operations. The key advantage is precision — the machine executes exactly what the program commands.
We also use hand-held extruders from leading manufacturers known for their reliability. They are widely used in industries ranging from engineering construction to shipbuilding, pool and pipeline production, and even building insulation for reservoirs and tunnels.
We employ butt and 90-degree welding equipment. The principle of extrusion welding involves preheating the joining surfaces to the plasticization temperature with hot air, while the filler rod is heated, mixed by a screw into a homogeneous mass, and extruded into the weld area through a special shoe.
